~Whitney : I ordered * pizzas from the New Albany, MS location. When my husband arrived home w* them, there was a piece missing out of one of them. I called to speak w* a manager who then proceeds to tell me how "they" did nothing wrong. Maybe the piece just rasa do ly disappeared. Yet he knew the exact pizza I was call in about. He offered no apologies and was VERY rude. I told him that he was a terrible manager and he laughed at me. I am appouled at the service of the facility. All I wanted was my pizza made right. My husband had to drive back across town to get a new one. The manager should have offered a free delivery. Yet he insisted HE was right the whole time. I will never eat at this location again. Please hire better managers!!!!
