~anonymous: Called duke about tax being high rep put me on hold told me sale tax rate said did not explain why last !month lower said bill was higher explain not for that much increase would not answer asked for supervisor put back on hold ** minutes no check back sup came on lone said tax increase mono tone ask why rep did not say this no answers this is horrible customer service can not find way to complain
