GetHuman-13102: CSR was extreamly rude and unwilling to help me resolve my issue! It's very unfortunate that we have no other electric company to choose from! Basically, they've got us by the ba**s because we must pay the bill or go without elevtric! Which one would you choose if you had * children depending on you? Terrible Terrible Customer Service!!!
