~Buying_A_Generator: My wait time was actually in excess of * hours, but this review allows a maximum of **. The first woman I talked to flat out lied to me, regarding the total due for reconnection. Then, they have the nerve to charge a convenience fee* there is absolutely nothing convenient about their service. I cannot stress enough how extremely dissatisfied I am.
