GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-izzemitc: I was given a promotion about * months ago and I was told the raise frome the promotion would take Mabe * weeks, but it still hasent gone through. I assumed I'd be paid the raise rate once my raise did go through but my manager sed that thats not what we do but it has been * months with out the raise and feel I'm owed the raise rate for what I have worked.

GetHuman-izzemitc: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-izzemitc: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
