~nolandwinsor: This Friday March * at location * **** your cook (Alicia) to the cashier (Charla) to "shut up." It completely ruined my appetite. Is this behavior condoned in your establishments? Not only rude to her co-worker, but also to the patrons at this location. I have never witnessed this behavior and lack of respect before in a restaurants. Please have a talk with your cook there. Why did your manager not take any necessary action(s), to address Alicia's behavior?
