~k: They do not have someone on the phone who knows anything about what they do or how they do it. They only take your * and have someone who does know,call you back. My questions were simple.

~k: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
