GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Electronic Arts customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~tobyes: Billing issues * charges that are NOT mine, all phone numbers have no live just same as these bot chats or leave a message & not returned calls. Everything refers you to ea.help.com but what help are so called live chat when they offer no help? Seriously folks EA needs to do some thinking about the no customer service that they offer. It's almost as sad as the *rd world out sourcing that's becoming so prevelant. No joke I want my money back one charge for %**.** * weeks ago & now another %**.** I will be contacting my bank to do away with my debit card & filing a claim in small claims if I don't hear back soon. I can be reached at ***-***-**** or *****@***.com. You've been warned.
