~fi: Go with the phone call. The wait for web chat is not worth it* all the reps I've spoken to via chat don't speak English that well, constantly misunderstand me, pay no attention to what I've said, and tell me to do things I've already told them I've done. The phone line doesn't put you on hold and is staffed with friendly, intelligent people who speak English well enough and show initiative when it comes to finding a solution.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Electronic Arts. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Electronic Arts problem?
~fi: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~fi: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Electronic Arts's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~fi: For that I would say five out of five.
