~Anon: I first pressed five, then the prompt told me to go to the contact page on the website and the phone hung up on me. I already had tried the website - the contact page just shows a bunch of games and is a big waste of time. So I called again, and pressed zero, was on hold for a while with some horrible music, then the prompt said "No one is available, please call back later" and literally just hung up on me. unbelievable.

~Anon: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Anon: For that I would say one out of five.
