~John: I can't use online or chat support because you system will not let me create an account because your new account tab will not accept the email I put in. I have talked to numerous people and they are having the same problem. have you noticed that you new accounts have been dipping that might be the problem and you are probably losing a lot of money if I were you I would want to get that fixed asap.
