~jachter43: Epson customer service is absolutly horrible!!! Had purchased a projector that went out while under warranty. They would only replace it with a USED one. *Lady was very rude and said that was my only choice. Will never buy another Epson product and also will not buy from Office Max as they were absolutly no help!!!!
