~HatesBankofAmericaTheySuck: This system is an enormous joke - Bank of America uses equator.com to do everything it can to mess up a short sale. Their agents lie about the forms being submitted incorrectly. they say you used the wrong form, it was blank, it came up as "error".. and how can you prove they're lying? you can't. it causes huge ridiculous delays in the process. taking a week or two or three to get a form to them - a simple form - then they say it was submitted incorrectly. it is meant to drive brokers nuts while they sit back and have a tremendous laugh. it is the worst thing i've encountered, absolute worst thing, in my more than decade of being a real estate broker - THAT IS SAYING A LOT FOLKS! do not take a loan from BANK OF AMERICA. THEY ARE BANK OF UNAMERICA - THEY ARE AWFUL! but they are so methodical about it, so meticulous in their quest to muck up the process that it makes you want to jump off a building!
