~just me : I could not understand what the lady was saying. After I was stupid enough to give her my social security number I immediately wished I had not done that. I felt that I had made a big mistake. I did not feel safe with the person I was speaking with. It's sad when we get foreigners to speak with and can't communicate because we can't understand them. She would not even tell me where she was at. That made me even more uncomfortable. I ended up just hanging up. I felt like I had just been scammed by someone. WAS I ????????

GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~just me : For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Equifax customers?
~just me : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Equifax to know who you are.
