~realpleased: Yesterday, I input a security freeze online with Equifax. Everything went smoothly until the end. Instead of confirmation with a PIN, received message cannot process request now, try later. I tried later. The security freeze had been input but with no PIN provided to me. Figured I would have to mail in request with attachments etc as could not find a live rep to speak with. Then found your website. This phone number is direct link to customer service. Took approximately ten minutes to resolve my problem (Had to provide a lot of security questions). Fantastic Service! Thank you so much for this information!
