~407WR: i was a victim of fraud and i put a request in equifax to get this fix. i have sent all types of paper work to these people to get this fix and its been * years and till this day these people have some other name on my file then the one i request. it very frustrating when something so simply it take these people so long to correct. the women i spoke to said she would like in to my file to see if they had recieved any of my paper work i had sent them over this past * years. she left me on hold for ** mintues and when she gets back on the line she tells me if their was anything else i can help you with? i reply yes were you able to pull anything up on my file. her stupid response after placing me on hold for ** minutes is oh no sorry could not pull up your account...this company is a joke.

~407WR: For that I would say four out of five.
