GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Evenflo customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anonymous: Absolutely poor service. Sent back a defective product (high chair) and extra accessories which I purchased. Mailed it all in one package and was told it was not all received so I would not be credited for the full amount. After persisting, was credited but not for the shipping. I really had to be firm and not give up on getting my credit, but was unsuccessful in getting the shipping back. I was not treated with the respect I was due and I was very disappointed. I had good dealings with the company a couple of years ago, but, boy... have things changed. I will not buy any more Evenflo products for my small children. Buyer beware... shoddy product (I was told that market conditions warranted that they not make the higher quality chairs anymore) and poor customer service.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Evenflo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say four out of five.

~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Evenflo to know who you are.
