~DiegoT: I spoke to Tyler at the Eventbrite Customer Support and he was very clear and helpful. The only thing I'd change is the automated menu before you get to the representative, it should tell you to stay on the line to speak to a rep.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Eventbrite. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Eventbrite problem?
~DiegoT: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DiegoT: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Eventbrite's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DiegoT: For that I would say four out of five.

~DiegoT: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Eventbrite to know who you are.
