~unhappy customer: I would NEVER EVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN. I waited FIVE DAYS for a promised call back and everytime I called was told to call back my problem is still not solved I am faced with the only option to lose my original payment and start all over again with a new booking from a different company *OUTRAGEOUS

~unhappy customer: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~unhappy customer: For that I would say two out of five.
