~Angela Isaacs-Garrett: Facebook disabled my account and it has been awful to try and communicate with them. I can prove my identity easily with simple questions from a human representative on the phone for a minute. I feel full of anxiety and just disposed of.

~Angela Isaacs-Garrett: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
