~Disappointed at Facebook : I put down * minutes not because I got an immediate response but because I got no response at all. The recording sends you to the Help Center, but if your problem is not covered, you are out of luck. You just have no way to solve it. No way to tell them. Customer service is simply non-existing.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Facebook. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Facebook problem?
~Disappointed at Facebook : I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Disappointed at Facebook : I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Disappointed at Facebook : For that I would say three out of five.
