~brooke noel: horrible i can't get onto my account and there has been no help in the online help center or calling. i've had no access to my account for about ** hours. i'm very upset at this and wish to know what is going on with my account and why i have be locked out of it by you saying that my account is being maintained. i did not ask for you to intrude on my account and wish you to leave it alone. and if you are not the one doing this to my account i ask that you fix it and give me control back on my account*my email is *****@***.com

~brooke noel: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~brooke noel: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~brooke noel: For that I would say one out of five.

~brooke noel: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
