GetHuman-jordansh: Hello, *I have a re-occurring, annoying experience with FedEx when delivering to my address:*Jordan Shutov**** Center St Apt D****Wallingford, Connecticut, ******United States*T: ***-***-*****Yesterday & today, Feb **, ****, for parcel*:************ the driver raises Delivery Exception: Customer Not Available or Business Closed.**)*I was at home both days t the time of the exceptions**)*There is no door tag left!*This makes me conclude that the driver goes to a wrong address or performs a sloppy job.*The apartment is in a senior residence in downtown Wallingford, Ct. The building D is very easy to access from the parking lot! There are ring bells close to the door.*I have a reason to suspect that he will repeat the mistake.*How will this be resolved????*Regards,*Jordan
