~herman81348: i spoke to an agent for the company, i was complaining about a fee put on my account because i was late by * day and i ask was this a normal thing to do. and she got mad and said i should just close the account, and me being already upset i said go ahead then, and the next thing i know my account is closed, to bad i liked my premiere card, i dont think i was never late before. frances ochoa. last * ****
