GetHuman-251799: received a fit bit for Christmas I went to use it and there was no clip on the back to put on my wrist I called and they they only send one and you have to take it off the one and put it on the other. For ***.** they both should have clips. They said I could buy one for *.** which is .ridulous. The person I spoke with was foreign and he kept repeating myself and I had to spell it out like a second grader, they didn't offer to send a clip. I was put on hold while he had to ask someone else. I was asked if that all and I said I guess it didn't solve my problem and I will probably never buy another or not recommend anyone cause they don't back their product. I don't have a problem with people of different culture but when have to spelling the letters out it would make better sense to have someone that speaks good English to provide proper customer assistance.

GetHuman-251799: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-251799: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fitbit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-251799: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-251799: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Fitbit to know who you are.
