~Richard G: The guy said his name was Ryan supposedly, but Ryan at fitness ** would not let me use my pass at the location in Livermore Ca. Because i had previously had a pass. My pass had no expiration date an there was no info about using the seven day passes once on the coupon. I had planned on getting a membership BUT because of the scene the employee made (Ryan) i don't think I'd fill comfortable going into the establishment. Customer service is key, if Ryan would have not been so smart mouth an offensive
