~toeknee1: I was told that they don't speak with customers only dealers. I'm surprised that a company this old still doesn't understand that customers and NOT dealers buy and use their products. It might be time for us to rethink our upcoming purchase. I'm concerned that If I run into a bad dealer that I'll be stuck with no recourse since flexsteel doesn't speak with customers.
