GetHuman-7938: There customer service department only deals with authorized dealers. They do not communicate with the individual consumer. I do know that the Latitude line is made overseas somewhere (betting on China) and for the money I paid for it you would think someone at flexsteel would be willing to address a concern. Oh well another complacent company.
