~Sierrasuggs: Worst over the phone service I have EVER gotten. My first package was sent with * of the * items broken, not packaged properly. I needed the items for Sunday and they arrived the Wednesday before. I called to get another shipment BEFORE the party. They told me no problem. Didn't receive the items for another week, so past the date of the party. When items arrived they were yet again ALL BROKEN! I refused the shipment, even the fedex delivery man knew it was broken and not shipped properly. I have been calling everyday to get my money back, which really ***** I can't give my boyfriend the presents I purchased for his birthday, I can't trust them to be delivered again not broken. Each time I call the service hangs up on me and tells me there are technical difficulties. I have called * times today getting the same response, I haven't gotten a refund or even a response to why I refused to receive the package. Never shopping here again, terrible packaging, customer service and phone system.
