GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-billchar: I contacted you a couple of weeks ago about returning my order because it is not the original fragrance. I have not opened the jars but can tell by the color. I was told by the support I needed to get a number from you before mailing it back but have not heard from you yet. Please get back to me.
