~Uncle Phil: I called early in the morning* did not have any luck calling yesterday mid-afternoon. (My wait time was nearing ** minutes when I hung up).*However I had a short wait early this morning and the CS rep (Cheryl) was lovely!! She directed me on how to get a waiver for a rebooking fee.*Worth the wait !!!
