~GE is terrible: Called to redeem warranty because refrigerator broke* had both the contract number and my phone number (which I've had for ** years). Told me I had no policy although I have been paying for it. Called again, after insisting that I had a policy, they finally found it - it was under the wrong contract and phone number. They blamed this on me! When I asked them to cancel warranty because I was buying another refrigerator, they said I'd have to FAX them about it. FAX! GE is the worst.
