GetHuman-134174: Overall this was my *rd time trying to get a check that they owed me from still billing me after cancelling my account. After the *nd call and not receiving it the said they sent it again and it has been exactly * weeks and I still haven't gotten it! Super frustrating as it is over *** dollars...Turns out they took so long to give it to me the state took it instead... now they have to get it back.. ugh! Atleast the lady on the phone was very pleasant and I could understand her well.
