~Annoyed: Took them * minutes to tell me there's no one there to talk to. I'm a computer tech for ** years and never had worse support in my life, that's saying something. They even had the gall to play a ** commercial before the first of about * prompts of wasting your time.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting GHI. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a GHI problem?
~Annoyed: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Annoyed: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GHI's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Annoyed: For that I would say five out of five.
