GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's GMAC customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~rayxan: I have talked to them over * times in the last * months. Trying to get over $**** back that my wife accidentally paid on a closed account with them. First they said wait it will be * weeks before we return the money. Then they said it was sent back. But can't prove it or show a way of tracking the refund (electronic). And my bank has researched this and cannot find a return to there entire system for the specific amount at any time in the last * months.

~rayxan: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~rayxan: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GMAC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~rayxan: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other GMAC customers?
~rayxan: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for GMAC to know who you are.
