~mrs .disappointed: The Customer care in the Philippine they don't even listen they reading a scrip. I was approved for keep your home ca and ask to speak too that dept. They told me to call keep your home ca *-*** number(idiots). Then i had to call * times even the supervisor doesn't have a clue say response. This is the second time I have been approved and that GMAC fail to do their due diligence again. They just don't give a hoot about people. How many people have they done this too? Do I have a legal case? oh and i guess this is the normal with this company
