GetHuman-276757: I had to quit after ** minutes. It was ridiculous. The hold music made my ears bleed and the interruption every * seconds saying "the next available agent will be with you momentarily" got really old fast. Worst experience with customer service ever and I've had some horrible ones. kudos to gamestop for topping everything and making yourself memorable. *and thanks for not shipping my son's tablet overnight as promised even though he paid extra for the service.
