~raven: The rep was horrid she was unable to help me. When she sent me to a supervisor I got a voice mail and they never called me back. The wanted me to pay *.** to return an item that I never ordered and did not have an order number for. It was way too small. I wear a large, it was an extra large and I could not even get it over my head. I called back was put on hold and was disconnected twice!
