~Jenny Warren: Called because they dropped my mentally disabled Aunt from Medicaid and I can get anyone to answer the phone. I called the exact extent ions that I was told and waited for *hr and ** min. the first time and all of a sudden when someone started to answer the phone on their end cut me off. I called right back and waited * hr and * min. and had to hang up. I waited until the next day as soon as they opened I started calling... Still a wait of an hour. What is the problem!!!! Still to no avail have I spoke to anyone yet. This is what MY HARD EARNED MONEY IS GOING TO. Someone answer the stupid phone for these handicap needs!!!!
