~Frustrated : This is the worse service ever! No one ever picks up the line, I have been calling for a month now & I can reach no one. I can't even leave a message. I also tried the hack option someone suggested, that is a load of garbage too - didn't go through! I am still on hold as I am typing this & it has been an hour & half. I called ***-georgia that is on the gov site for HELP & the woman I spoke to was dumb-founded!! All I need is some assistance & no one cares whether anyone gets assisted or not. Why are these case agents*phone agents even employed if they aren't going to give assistance regarding client cases?!
