GetHuman-222501: you guys dont select your associats retail dealers ? or at least have some line to fix the problems or complaints between costumer and retail "authorized dealers" *its mor than a month taht I paid my bill at "horizon wireless inc" store located at **-** ridgewood Ny zip ***** tel *** *** *****the number for refill is *** *** **** on my name* martin e. olivas campos $** dls and after several times visit them to ask for solution nothing hapened and also gave me an attitud like iM homeless asking for charity if someone check this you better do something or with technology Ill burn out some sales and some reputation to the company to make it even i have the receipt number ***** and if you contact me ill send you a copy
