~LET'S ALL SUE GOOGLE: That seven up there DOES NOT stand for minutes. I have been on hold for SEVEN HOURS and counting with Google's contact number-*** *** *****This is entirely outrageous. Google, being the world's "most helpful" organization cannot answer one phone call. I am calling about a Google trusted store that ripped me off. This company was super shady and should't be supported by Google* I am trying to get my money back. So, considering all of the problems I have faced, and all the money lost from trusting Google, INCLUDING the phone bill I will receive for this extravagant wait, the world should know Google *****. I am extremely dissatisfied and blame myself for having any hope they will answer the phone. They probably sit back and list phone numbers to call as a hoax because they're too scared to answer the phone. I wonder if you can sue Google, because I'd be up for it.

~LET'S ALL SUE GOOGLE: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~LET'S ALL SUE GOOGLE: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~LET'S ALL SUE GOOGLE: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google customers?
~LET'S ALL SUE GOOGLE: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
