~Dragonfly II: Trying to get help to get to my account. every time I try to putin my username you tell me someone else is using it.IT IS ME !!!! I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT A REAL PERSON TO STRAIGHTEN THIS BUT TO NO AVAIL. I HAVE AN ACCOUNT. User name *****@***.com and need to reset my password as I do not remember it. Every time I try you tell me my username is already being used. IT IS ME,IT IS ME. YOUR HELP IS NO HELP. I'll just give up again and never use Google again. I have tried off and on for * years to get help and everything I try just brings me back to "*" over and over. Thanks for no help at all.

GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dragonfly II: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google customers?
~Dragonfly II: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Google to know who you are.
