GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman54418: i bought a card and put ** dollars on it and i went to pay my phone bill and it said y card was declined when i just bought it and never used it my dad bought it for me and i registered it now i got a email saying i am locked out of it and i need to send a photo id when i don't have my license yet and then its saying dear julian when i registered this card to the name of caitlin so basically i have ** locked in this card i need
