GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Greyhound customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Christine: This number is useless. The rep was pleasant and straight forward but there was absolutely no resolution to the call. This number is for logging complaints, but cannot actually fix your problems. Also the booking and fares department is not linked to this customer service department so not only are they unable to resolve your issue but they cannot follow through by booking what you were looking for. Add to that they fact that they don't share your complaints with the bookings and fares department so you have to call them back (who told you to call this number in the first place) to make an actual complaint to that department. Generally Greyhound is just awful. This number was the *th real person I've spoken to about my issue in the past ** hours. ********.

~Christine: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Christine: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Greyhound's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Christine: For that I would say one out of five.

~Christine: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Greyhound to know who you are.
