~David Richter: After requesting a refund, I was offered Goupon bucks instead, however after a bit of prodding, a full refund was issued. Just didnt like the fact that they tried to persuade me into groupon bucks instead of an immediate refund.

~David Richter: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~David Richter: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~David Richter: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Groupon customers?
~David Richter: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Groupon to know who you are.
