~Anonymous: The representative was very kind and courteous, although he made it very clear that they were only refunding my money because I've purchased quite a bit from them in the past. I'm slightly upset about the policy of no refunds for things that were no fault of my own, and I wouldn't be as upset if the deal hadn't ended and I could purchase a new one, but the refund being put into my account can only be spent on Groupon, which means I can't use that money towards replacing the item from another store since Groupon no longer has it... I suppose I'm thankful that they at least refunded the money, even though it's only in credit, of course I would definitely never have used Groupon again had they not, so really it was more to their benefit than mine...

~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Groupon customers?
~Anonymous: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Groupon to know who you are.
