~HH Gregg Sucks: I ordered a washer and dryer online on ********, received the email confirming my order. I called on the **th, wanting to know the status of delivery since that is what was stated in my confirmation email. I called and waited * minutes to speak to online support which was ***-***-****. They inform me that my dryer is out of stock and the estimated available date is *****. I said, forget it- cancel my order. The rep didn't even try to sell me another dryer or anything.. just said okay and your order has been canceled. I asked when would i see the credit on my bill and will there be an email sent confirming my cancellation. She said no we don't do that but i should see the credit in *-* business days. That was on Thursday the **th. I call Tuesday the **st to my credit card company to see if by some chance the credit is there... nope! I then call HHGregg yet again and get another rep. I give her my order * and she asks is this about delivery? I say delivery? No, this is about the credit i
