~Jeffery of LBC: If you normally do your own returns, I would highly suggest you take advantage of H&R Block's *nd look offer. They checkout your current and past returns for free. Long Beach Tax Specialist Darcy Alvarez did a particularly good job of finding omissions and educating me on some issues within my returns.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting H&R Block. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a H&R Block problem?
~Jeffery of LBC: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jeffery of LBC: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jeffery of LBC: For that I would say four out of five.
