GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's H&R Block customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~unhappy "CUSTOMER": This was the first year I have paid to have our taxes filed. First, we saved more doing it ourselves and received a bigger return. There was a school district tax issue and we paid them to correct it. Five months later we receive a notice from the state saying we OWED $***.**. When I had H & R block see why I received this bill, they made a mistake and did not file the school district form. A very big mistake and there's nothing they can do. The state is not as patient for their money as the IRS. IN fact, they will continue to fine you until it is not paid in full. The customer service through H&R Block was horrible and SO, VERY unprofessional! Very dissatisfied and upset!

~unhappy "CUSTOMER": I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~unhappy "CUSTOMER": I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~unhappy "CUSTOMER": For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other H&R Block customers?
~unhappy "CUSTOMER": Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for H&R Block to know who you are.
